Ok, so you had a site hosted somewhere else, or on your personal computer, and NOW you want to PUBLISH/IMPORT it to your site hosted with http://www.x-mb.com

FIRST, you MUST OPEN YOUR WEB.  DO NOT CONTINUE UNTIL YOUR SITE IS OPEN IN FRONTPAGE 2000 as shown here. Now, that your site is open in FP2000... please do the following to publish/import your current site to your site hosted with us :) Go to the File Menu, and Click on Import as shown here:

This will bring up the following window:

You need to click on the From Web Now, this window will show up:

As you can see, you need to put in your domain name or your IP address FROM WHERE you want to import FROM. If you are importing from your local computer, then click on that option and browse your local computer for the web, and hit the NEXT button. From there, it is just point and click :)
